Position Summary

We are seeking a Master Certified Service Technician to service and repair vehicles in compliance with established standards and procedures. This role may also include conducting pre-delivery inspections of new vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will be part of a fast-paced team delivering high-quality service and maintaining customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose vehicle issues through experience, analysis, and testing
  • Perform routine and complex repairs and service inspections independently
  • Maintain the highest level of technical training and certification
  • Keep vehicles clean during service and repairs
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations
  • Support shop organization and safety standards, including inventory management and general upkeep
  • Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental guidelines
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and operational goals

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Crossville, TN location. The role requires physical dexterity and stamina consistent with automotive technician responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Master certification with dealer-level or large facility experience
  • Extensive automotive mechanical and electrical knowledge
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong professionalism and dependability
  • Commitment to safety and excellent customer service
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to read and understand instructions clearly
  • Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as necessary
