Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team in Crossville, TN. The technician will service and repair vehicles with attention to quality and customer satisfaction. Additional duties include conducting pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine service inspections, repairs, and standard maintenance tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service or repairs
  • Complete all required documentation in compliance with regulations and standards
  • Help maintain shop appearance, inventory, and safety standards
  • Follow all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental guidelines
  • Attend staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Professional, dependable, and safety-oriented
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions
  • Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required
  • Some experience in automotive service preferred but entry-level candidates with relevant training are welcome
